The Free World needs a leading nation. It needs a vocal nation to stand up against the nations and blocs of nations that pose a threat to not only democracy but to the freedoms that we hold essential. It needs a wealthy nation that can afford to supply military aid to countries that are either less wealthy or more vulnerable to attacks. The nation needs to be the United States of America.

Other nations of the Free World have the manpower to stand up to strong external threats. They don't however have the militaries and manufacturing power to supply the weaponry. They may not have the wealth to afford the weaponry. The United States does.

Ukraine needs leaders of a Free World that want to stand up to Russian aggression. Ukraine has the willing manpower to stand up to Putin. It does not have the weaponry. Stopping Russian aggression everywhere is in the best interests of the USA.

Israel needs leaders of a Free World that want to stand up against the terrorist proxy threats imposed by Iran. Israel has the trained, motivated manpower to stand up to threats from Hamas, Hezbollah and Iran. It needs the continual supply of military hardware to keep its war fighters engaged against the threats from the terrorist organizations that threaten its existence.

Taiwan, South Korea, the Phillipines need a Free World that want to stand up against the threatened expansions of Chinese and North Korean territorial rights. These countries have the trained, motivated manpower to defend their lands and waters. They need weaponry supplied by the USA.

Supplying weaponry to these nations expands our economy and helps continue our greatness. If we have to supply some weapon to less-wealthy free-nations without expecting repayment... it is still in our best interests. However ironic, building weaponry for foreign wars builds our economy.

Trump couldn't be more wrong on these issues. We need to stand-up to Putin, to China, to Iran and North Korea. That we can do so effectively without involving American forces directly...even better.

We need to continue to send advanced missiles, aircraft, tanks, and of course ammunition to Ukraine and to Isreal... and without conditions on their use against aggressors.
